Will not return again. Poor experience and very overpriced for the level of work performed. Who charges a customer $38,00 got rags etc used in the service?????

Brakes More

No wait time for service. Staff is competent and very friendly. Thorough diagnostic and suggested needed repairs but no pressure. Given a loaner so no inconvenience to the owner. Service tech went above and beyond to find problem.

The service performed was satisfactory. The only complaint I have is the higher prices which were assessed for the work. In aggregate the cost of the repairs almost rivaled the value of the vehicle!

Kyle was my service consultant, and after listening to my reason for bringing my Vehicle in for an oil change; Kyle further explained the Honda suggested maintenance requirements for my car to operate in the matter it has been build. Thank you Kyle for taking time to listen to my concerns first. As a consumer and owner of a trusted brand name (Honda) it is always refreshing to have an experience where the two work together in receiving the same goal results 👍

Good knowledgeable service

Always come back for service. Decent area near some Asian food places. H-mart grocery store. Walking distance to some pokestops. French vanilla from their coffee machine is my favorite

Transmission Service Fail

Drove my Civic home after a transmission service. A few hours later when I pulled the car out of my garage I saw a fresh oil spill. I jacked up the front end and got underneath. The drain plug was not tightened down after the tech removed it. I looked up top and the fill plug was missing. I snugged then drain plug down and put a cork in the fill hole. The dealership will be dealing with me Monday morning. They set me up for failure, but luckily I saw these issues right away. If the tech at least refilled with the right quantity, then I doubt the case is that low because I caught it leaking. I am worried that a missing fill plug could of let some small dirt particles or debris get inside the case. They will be performing another flush and fill by a more senior qualified tech. To be continued I'm sure. Hopefully they step up, as I an very weary now to let them perform an up coming valve adjustment.

five time Accord owner

I use Mile High Honda for service on my Accord because they are close to my house. The dealer I purchased from moved way out in the boondocks to look for new customers and lost my service business. Mile High Honda has wonderful service writers and Sarah handled my car on the last visit. She is great at letting me know what is going on while my car is being worked on.

Oil Change

Excellent, quick service. Service technician Stephanie was helpful, advising me of other services needed through a phone app. I will always bring my Honda here for servicing.
