Excellent service and customer care

Went in for a oil change and was done and out in 45 minutes... they even washed my car for free! I will definitely recommend this place.

Easy as pie!

Great Friendly Service

My first service visit was during Covid 19. I felt comfortable with social distancing and good hygiene were in place. I appreciated they made the effort to make their customers feel safe.

Everyone was wearing masks and waiting room was set up for social distancing. Tech who took care of me was very helpful and keep me informed of the status of my car. What didn’t like was the text messages reguarding my car if there is a problem talk to me. Also had a chance to observe your cleaning person who appropriately wiped down the tables in waiting area but never wiped the arms of chairs also used the same cloth over and over.

Service Review

At Mile High Honda, I took my car in for an oil change. Daut was very helpful, explained everything in detail and recommended other services my car needed. Also, answered any questions I had. The place was very clean, and there was also someone going around cleaning surfaces and door handles frequently.

There was someone who picked my car up for service. A gal named Sarah Scherzi was the person I talked with and helped me through the service process. I felt with her before when I had my brakes put in. She's great and so helpful. She listens to my concerns and always has a smile on her face. Horrible experience

I bought an 08 honda crv for $10,000. I drove 3 hours to get to Denver. Within an hour driving home ac stopped working. I notified the sales guy. He informed me I bought it AS IS. It's going to cost me $1000 to fix it. Will not return to this dealership or refer anyone to go there.

I had a horrible experience with them. Bought a 08 honda crv. Within an hour of driving the ac stopped working. I live 3 hours away from dealership. When I told my sales guy the next day. He informed me I bought it "As Is". Dealership wont make it right. Spent $10,000 on car and have to spend another $1000 to fix it.
