Always great service.

Always great service. The service department is respectful and knowledgeable. Bought my car new from the dealership over 10 years ago and it's still the same great service.

Always a pleasure to travel from up north to Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in Tucson. They’re always so kind, caring, and will let me know when something is needed on my car. The friendliness of this dealership is amazing every time I come down for service. Best place so far!

Took my Passat in to the service department today for a problem I had with starting. My service writer Karl was incredibly helpful and very pleasant to deal with. He kept me informed all the way through the process and Even sooner than expect. Thank you Karl and the Larry Miller service team

I showed up for my oil change appointment and the wait

I showed up for my oil change appointment and the wait was 2.5 hours. What’s the point of an appointment if the wait is this long? I would understand if I were a walk in. I haven’t been to another dealership with a wait this long.
