I was completely satisfied with my overall experience with the staff and the service department as I had my car serviced.

I had a blowout and had to call my service advisor for help with road side assistance. They showed up extremely quickly and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes Upon arriving at the dealership, it was determined that the tire was unrepairable. My service advisor set an appointment for replacement the following day. I was in and out very quickly! Larry Miller VW made a difficult situation as smooth as possible. Thank you to all involved!

As soon as I showed up at the dealership, I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car and was helped. I was able to drop my car within 30 seconds of my arrival. I picked my car and made an appointment for my other car within 1 minute. 10/10
