Very unprofessional

Scheduled my first service appointment when I bought the car and the salesman told me it was free.I Had put more miles then Recommended for oil change so had it changed over a month before appointment because i didn’t want to go any further over. I show up and the kid at the desk was like um why are you here you don’t need your oil changed now ! First off you guys sent me emails saying don’t miss your appointment! Start thinking about question you can ask our techs. Not only are we going to change you oil but we are going to inspect. You guys said it was free why are you giving me trouble. Why would you ask a customer why he’s here. Then after I explain he says you just want a freebie Wow !!! And I feel bad because I sent a friend and my aunt there and I so wish I wouldn’t have. And I talked good about them on the radio. Not now

Hassle free SUV

This was an easygoing and pleasant car buying experience. No pressure or over salesmanship. Our saleswoman Nikki and manager Ken were genuinely friendly and addressed my questions and concerns. I would do business with them again.

Mark and Tim are amazing.

Mark my sales rep was really cool and helped me to get into the car I came to look at and want to leave with. Now I love my charger r/t Tim my fiance guy was clear on all the details and was really friendly. Great dealership

I came here after my previous car was totaled in an accident. The buying process was smooth and the finance department worked hard to get me a deal. Thomas and Ken were both awesome. Very friendly and explained everything to me. Would most likely buy my next car from them.

Got a great deal after negotiating

They told Ime i could pay zero down, then they told I would have to pay 3000 down after i test drove it and i felt they wasted my time so i planned to leave, then they honored the deal they originally promised.
