I had a really irritating rattle in my car and I could not find it other mechanics could not find it and they found it in a couple of hours. Thank you so much. I really appreciate them taking the time to find that very irritating. Awful rattle comes to find out it was a couple of coins in the door. May seem insignificant to others, but it was very annoying and I really really appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to go over and above

Chris Diaz was our salesman and I cannot stress enough
Chris Diaz was our salesman and I cannot stress enough how wonderful he was to my husband and I. From the moment we stepped in the building he treated us like family. He explained every step of the process so that I would understand and took the time to answer all of my questions no matter how small they were. My husband and I left knowing we made the right decision and we love our new vw atlas sport!! I will definitely be referring family and friends to Larry h miller Volkswagen and telling them to ask for chis Diaz. He is the best!!

My car would not start even after I tried to jump start.
My car would not start even after I tried to jump start. That failed so took it in to my advisor Karl. He kept me informed and resolved the issue. He is always friendly and professional.

I love Larry H Miller in my area.
I love Larry H Miller in my area. They are always on top of my vehicle, especially my last visit. My car still was running just fine, but they caught that my battery was going dead and I’m so grateful because they told me that I had warranty needed before my warranty expired. They really do care for their customers and treat you like family. I went for an oil change and a package deal that cost me less. I’m grateful that I’ve changed to start using the dealership instead of other mechanics in my city. It’s a change that I never regret and so glad that I made that change.

Your service department deserves 10 stars! Marcus was really took the time to understand what going on with my jetta. Not only was my jetta fixed the same day, he communicated with me every step of the way.

The salesman and finance manager were great at selling
The salesman and finance manager were great at selling the car but did poorly at any after the sell issues. Namely, I was asking about a second key fob. They promised to investigate and call me back but never did so.
