Used car purchase

Purchased my daughter her first vehicle. Budget constraints required us to purchase a used car. The sales team was able to accommodate the price range and had a car that met our needs. My daughter was delighted with choice.

Purchased New Mazda Miata from Chris Bice

I did all my negotiations on line with Chris. He responded promptly and gave me the best quote. I went to the dealership to sign the final papers, pick up car etc. The Finance Manager did the usual sell you more add ons stuff but was low key about it and not pushy. He then offered a loan way above the current market (typical maneuver). After calling my credit union the games ended and they gave me a very favorable loan which is possible if you have a excellent credit union. The Problem was NO CAR! It didn't come for a full week with all kinds of excuses in between. If I had it to do over again, I would not have put my money down or gave them my old car until the new one came in. Live and Learn....it all worked out fine. When car came it, it was the right one and Chris did a great job of explaining all of the controls. In my opinion, they should have given me something extra for my inconvenience and for improved customer service. I would recommend Chris and the dealership, but have all of your information together when you go in, and be firm about what you are willing to do with a loan. And don't sign or finalize until the car is on the lot.

Great service, No Games!

++++++ I originally started by getting quotes through cars.com to the various dealers in my area. I was shortly called back by Chris Bice who was very friendly and straight forward with the pricing. This location was not originally the best price I received back from other dealers but they agreed to match it without issues. ++++++ We went that night to this location to get everything started. Chris had the car parked out front ready for us to test drive when we got there. We finished the test drive and went inside to start the paperwork. We were trading in an older Mazda and they were honest and direct about the price and why they were giving the quoted amount. ++++ George in finance was also great. He covered all the additional warranties and explained them in depth. No pressure to buy. Just made us aware, gave us the brochures, and said let them know if we wanted to get it or not. He also had great stories that he shared which were entertaining. When we came back the next day with the check, the ease of signing all the papers was seamless as well. ++++++ Overall it was a great experience. We were at another dealer the night before and all we got were games. I would ask what the price of the car was out the door and they would respond with, "Well what do you want it to be?" I would ask yet again how much they have it price out the door with rebates, and yet again they ask "Well how much do you want to pay for it?" Just games. I finally pitched a price and they just said I was waaaay to far apart from their price. I left in frustration because they were absolutely no help. The surprising thing was, the price they quoted online was only $500 off. Not sure how that was way apart. SO, their loss is Daytona Mazda's gain :-) ++++++ Save yourself time and go on to cars.com, pick your Make, Model, all the goodies and options you want, then send it to the local dealers asking for their out the door price with all the taxes and stuff. Sit back and get all their quotes and let them fight for your business. No sense in going to just one dealer when the power can be in your hands. I know this now. Was so much easier!

Very happy!!

I am new to the area and asked around to see where I should go to purchase my vehicle.. I'm really glad everybody told me to go to the auto mall and I'm extra glad I chose Mazda! If you don't want to deal with pushy dealers, choose this place! I got what I wanted and they made sure of it! I'd recommend them to anybody, very happy with my mazda6 :) thanks, Josh!

Lengthy process but great customer service

Overall, I appreciated the staff at Daytona Mazda and the care they provide for their customers. Chris Brice was very persistent through emails and phone calls to make sure I could have any questions answered and to set up appointments. I worked with Brian on the day I purchased my CX-5, and he was very pleasant to chat with and he was attentive to my questions and concerns. George was also great in financing and explained each option for warranties very well without pressuring any decisions.

Unfortunate problem...Great Service

I had my transmission go bad after only 4500 miles on my new 2016 Mazda CX-5 grand touring. I drove it directly over to the dealer and Randy was right on top of things. He drove the vehicle with another employee and was able to replicate the problem. He called Mazda and was told it needed a new transmission. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional and gave me a loaner. He called me several times with progress & updates on my vehicle. I had the car back within 2 weeks with a brand new transmission. It was handled smoothly and effortlessly.

Great Experience

I normally dread getting a new car. Dealerships normally have high pressure salesmen. I had a wonderful experience with William Sesana. He talks to you like a friend and makes it a no-pressure easy going experience. George in finance is very knowledgeable and thoroughly goes over everything and is looking out for your best interest. They even treat you with the same excellent customer service after the purchase. Will be doing business with them in the future and recommending them to friends and family.

Yeah!

I've been to a few car dealerships and had some awful experiences, but the guys at Daytona Mazda really helped me make the right decisions. They were courteous, honest, and above all else, they fought for us to get what we wanted! Thank you guys so much for everything we love our new truck and couldn't of done it without you!
