Five-Star Service
Our Bluetooth would not work with my wife's i-phone. This is common with Mazda's system After a thorough investigation by Mazda's tech guru, Steve, he found that the i-phone needed an update that would probably solve the problem. He was very helpful and friendly, like all Mazda service staff and had a thorough knowledge of Mazda systems. I was first met by Daytona Mazda's top service advisor, Randy Hamel, who personifies service in my opinion. Randy is service! His affable demeanor, and knowledge of the Mazda product are unmatched at this dealership. I can count on Randy and know he will respond quickly to my phone calls, plus greets you with that inviting smile. He set me on Steve immediately for my inquiry. As I in jest said at last visit: Mazda needs to clone Randy and Steve.

Service appointment
As with past service appointments, Randy was ready, willing, and able to take care of my requests. This trip I had an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and I asked that the clock be reset. The system was giving us trouble and didn't allow us to do the reset. All went well.

Trust but verify
This purchase was the 35th car my spouse and I have made, but it has been a couple of years since we have bought a vehicle, and most of our contacts have moved on. That made us a little leery about making a new car purchase. Right from the beginning the staff at Daytona Mazda made us feel we "had a friend in the business". They were low to no pressure, opting instead for a listen to the customers wants, needs, and concerns approach. They also have a "deep bench". When on rare occasion that our sales person (Chris Brice) was not available one of the other team members were more than ready to step in, and take care of any concerns, or issues we may have had. Chris made us feel as if we had a friend working at Daytona Mazda, and Richard, and Carlos were also great to work with. The Owner truly has a servant leadership attitude, ensuring at all times his people have everything to make car buying experience as effortless as possible. There were only two minor issues. 1) The gas pump to fill our new Mazda was not functioning, and we told they only ran 1 "hard inquiry" on our credit, but ran at least 2. Thanks Daytona Mazda

Cx5 Mazda
This was my frist time in 12 years that l did not go back to dodge dealer . So l tried a few car dealer and then went to Mazda . And what a great dealership Daytona Mazda is they all was great . I will tell all my friends adout what a great experience l had and l just love my new CX5 Maxda . Thank you All very much for making me feel like family 😊😊😊😊

Went above and beyond!
Chris really bent over backwards to give me what I wanted, even having my new car driven all the way to Tampa and delivered to my home. Due to a misunderstanding, the first car didn't have the tech package I thought I was getting, so he had the right one delivered the very next day at no additional cost! I'm very happy with my experience.

Very nice salesman/Fees not discussed
I have to agree with an earlier review. The salesman was very cheerful and and accommodating. However, the added costs and fees were never disclosed. I also did not get the rate I thought I was getting for financing and it was never pointed out. I could have used my credit union for a better rate. I didn't discover it until I got home and went over the line items. Having said that, I should have insisted on going over the fees while I was there. I called and received some feedback from the salesman, but am still waiting on a call from the dealership to answer my remaining questions. I am a little disappointed in that regard. I love the car. Mazda is a great brand.

That employees and owner of Daytona Mazda are so FRIENDLY!! I felt so welcomed! The man helping me, Jose Samora, was unbelievable helpful. I felt like I've known him for years! He's called and checked up on me multiple occasions, so I really appreciate that. Lance the Financial advisor was also so helpful and made everything so simple! Love his style too!
