Phenomenal!!
Due to Hurricane Matthew I lost my car and it was totaled. We received a rebate immediately from Daytona Mazda in an email. Chris called right away and we went the next day and Jose was absolutely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with(and( I can be rough:) I t was such a painless experience(cause you know you can spend 3-4 hours getting a car) we were in and out in 2 hours and drove away with a brand new Mazda3!! Lance did his magic with the numbers and am very pleased with the whole experience. You can't go wrong with Daytona Mazda.

Finance Paperwork
I purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Daytona Madza in 1/2015. It was a good experience at first until I needed to get my car fix and found out that they reported the wrong mileage on my finance paperwork to the finance company an to the warranty company. I contacted Daytona Madza back in Nov 2015 about my paperwork and I was told that the bank don't care how many miles are on the car. The finance manager at the time GW was not helpful at all. I did some researching about auto fraud finance and contacted a lawyer. My lawyer wrote a letter to them in August 2016 giving them 30 days to answer to my request and they never did. I don't recommend this dealership to no one. I do recommend anyone who buys a car from this dealer to look at there paperwork. I also email the General Manager last week 10/4/16 and haven't received a response yet. I called 10/10/16 and spoke with Chris and he was very understanding and said the he will pass the message on the GM an I still haven't heard anything.

Great experience start to end!
I have purchased many cars in the past with some good experiences and some not so good. I just have to say that this time Chris Bice and the team made it the best one so far! From delivering the car I asked for within the price parameters that I gave him to making the delivery process quick and clean I walked out of the dealership a very happy man.
