We bought a Bolt EV from Chevrolet of Fayetteville.

We bought a Bolt EV from Chevrolet of Fayetteville. I should say ALMOST bought a Bolt down to the very last signature: WAIVER OF PURCHASERS RIGHT TO SUE. How arrogant of Chevy of Fayetteville to demand or even to ASK me to give up my right to resolve disputes legally! Obviously, they have no faith in the ability of our justice system to reach fair and equitable resolutions to disputes, so they need to go outside of the legal system where they have some advantage over their customers. I wouldn't sign and they wouldn't sell me the car. On the way out, I was told that all dealerships require this agreement and I wouldn't be able to buy a car without signing this arbitration agreement. Yesterday, we proved them wrong. We just bought a KIA Niro Wind and they simply wrote "Declined" on the agreement and didn't make us sign. We've never sued anyone in our lives, and never intend to sue anyone. If we do have a dispute that must be resolved by a third party, that third party WILL BE A LEGITIMATE COURT OF LAW and we won't need a third party slanted in our favor to reach a fair and just resolution! Shame on Chevrolet of Fayetteville for their lack of confidence in our system of justice and in their own ability to execute their services diligently, safely and with integrity beyond reproach! Never sign a document signing away your rights because an arrogant car dealer demands it!

Randy, I did provide you with my email address and haven't heard from you. I was hoping you would provide an explanation for why Chevrolet of Fayetteville won't sell me a car unless I sign an agreement that any dispute will not be settled in a court of law. Is Chevrolet of Fayetteville so insecure about their execution of due diligence that they are fearful of our legal system? Do they have so little regard for our justice system they don't believe a judge and jury can render a fair verdict?

I’ve used service from 2006 for my 2003 Silverado that I bought from fayetteville auto park and now I purchased a 2020 Silverado from Chevy of fayetteville with Blake as the sale person and very pleased.

First service

First service on my new 3500HD. Getting ready for a cross country trailer trip. Colby in Service made sure everything was handled. Great coffee and fresh donuts to boot!! Lol This dealer has done nothing but earn my trust and my business.
