My contact was very nice.

My contact was very nice. It would be nice if this dealership would wash and vacuum my car when serviced. My inspection performed on my car failed but I was not made aware at the time I picked up car, which was disappointing.

I had hoped to get a report of the status of my vehicle

I had hoped to get a report of the status of my vehicle such as the life left for front and rear brakes, battery, belts and hoses, fluid levels and filters but that was not part of the Paperwork. I was disappointed.

Great service - had my trailer brake switch replaced to

Great service - had my trailer brake switch replaced to address a nagging System Trailer Brake warning and the regular oil change and tire rotation service. They had the switch brought in before I arrived that helped make sure the replacement could be done quickly.
