Our experience with James Wood Auto Park was great! From first contact through completion of the sale, everyone was upfront and very helpful. Matt T. was a pleasure to deal with as he was kind, personable, and honest. He provide the information that I asked for promptly via email and had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived. There were no hidden add-on packages or fees which was very nice compared to other dealerships that I had been dealing with. The entire process was effecient and professional and the folks at James Wood couldn't have been nicer!
