Terrible experience !
We had a horrible experience at this dealership. The car we were interested in was over $3000 over priced and was not in excellent condition, as the dealership claimed. The passenger side of the vehicle was completely scratched up and the interior was stained and had not been cleaned whatsoever. We were told that the interior of the car would be detailed and it would look much nicer, but this is something that should be done BEFORE any dealership places a car on their lot to sell. They do not seem to be interested in selling their vehicles. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We ended up purchasing a used vehicle from Passport BMW right down the road that same day and we were treated MUCH better and also got a wonderful deal.

TERIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER
This was once a Lincoln dealership. They have since converted to a Kia dealership. I mention this because I had been taking my Lincoln LS there for over 5 years. Over the past year they have played, toyed and basically haggled me as my vehicle has not been repaired. The short of it is they misdiagnosed the problem and inconvenienced my family to excruciating heights especially during my deployment. They will take you to the woodshed when it comes to repairs; I recommend you go elsewhere. Go far, far away.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in...
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in customer service EVER!! I just bought a used car from here and within two weeks the battery died and within 3 weeks, the transmission failed. There is no way that in a week of buying the car I was able to see signs of both issues and the people that sold me the car didn't know. They didn't even seem surprised when they had to fix anything as if they were just hoping things would hold off for 30 days and it would be my problem. The manager of the used cars section always acts like he doesn't know what's going on or what needs to be done when I have issues. The sales person that sold me that car is never there. The only person that has been of good service to me so far is the finance guy Ed Harris. He has been extremely helpful when others just act confused and say they can't do anything. The main person I was dealing with in service didn't go through with making sure my car was properly check and sent to the appropriate location in order to be fixed. I was told that a dealership could not be found, but then all of a sudden they found a dealership when I sent the car back towards the end of my 30 days warranty. I have been without my car for 3 weeks dealing with the battery issue and now the transmission issue. I was seating in the Darcars dealership for a week and a half to 2 weeks because of the snow and not being able to find a dealership. As soon as my warranty was to become valid, it was sent out to a dealership and I was quickly ripped out of the rental car that I was given by Darcars and was told to go through my warranty, but my warranty isn't valid yet. I'm the one calling back and forth dealing with the service person at the other dealership and the warranty place trying to get things straight. I really don't feel as if I should have to work this hard. The service contact at the other dealership is doing more to help me than the people at this dealership. I will never promote anyone to come here (and I know a few people who need to buy cars), I will never come back again, and if I could give this car back just so I would not have to deal with DARCARS I would. The worst experience ever!
