I travelled an hour and half to "check out" this dealership. I wanted to find out if Darcars Kia would meet by expectations and be able to fulfill my search for a new vehicle. Well, the answer is yes they did. I felt welcomed and not attacked upon my arrival. Met with Randy Stewart and he was prepared with two white Kia Souls for me to test drive. He was very tentative and listening to my needs. I loved the 2016 Kia Soul Plus and bought it. One problem it did not come with a spare tire. So I purchased the spare tire kit. Randy went above and beyond his duties to make sure I had a spare tire kit installed before I left. Thank you so much Randy for your honest and sincere concerns. That is called great customer service for a very happy customer.

The staff at Darcars Kia were very understanding and a pleasure to work with. I was just only coming to see if I qualify for something new and walked away with a new car. Michael Hamlin was a pleasure to work with and the staff that was there at the dealership late explaining and making sure I understood everything was ver accommodating and made this experience a breeze.

My husband and I had been looking at cars for a moment and thought that we fell in love with the new Kia Sedona. From the time we walked onto the premises we had a great experience.
