I purchased my Subaru WRX new at the dealership in Fberuary of 2021. I have always taken my vehicle back to Cochran Subaru Monroeville to have all work done and the experience has been terrific in all lights. Prime example: I took my car to get the pil changed this past Friday and I was a walk in without an appointment and the dealership said it would be about an hour. It ended up taking an hour and a half and upon completion they apologized for the amount of time it took and charged me nothing for the inconvenience and that is about a $130 value! They are great, have always been great and would refer then to everyone. Thank you Cochran Subaru Monroeville for such a wonderful experience working with you!

The Subaru quick lane really reminded us that because we were getting a free oil change because we bought a 40+ thousand dollar used 2022 Genesis GV 70 that we would be at the end of the line. It was OK as we dropped the car off Thursday night and told them they could have it all day Friday. The other issue is that I specifically told them not to rotate the tires, but they rotated them anyways. No big deal, as I thought there was going to be a charge for it, and I have a free service at Delaney’s in Indiana PA because I have the nitrogen service in my tires. finally, I did not get an exact answer even with calling your Hyundai service department and leaving a message Saturday at Noon regarding what oil filter they used. I was told by Delaney Hyundai In Indiana after we bought this Genesis that you could only use a Genesis filter. The Quick Lane told me that they called your Hyundai parts department, and got a filter from them. So did they use a Hyundai oil filter or did they send someone to a Genesis dealer in Pittsburgh to get a Genesis oil filter?

I was there for a warranty replacement if an air
I was there for a warranty replacement if an air compressor for my AC. On my scheduled appointment I was clear that I would be waiting on the repair. I was there for 4.5 hours with no update on the status of my car. After I asked I was told that they would ask my advisor when he got back. I over heard the people at the desk say that my car hadn't even been started yet, then they came over and tried to tell me that it was just taking time to drain the compressor. At which point I called them on the lie. I had to leave for a trip in less than 2 hours. They offered me a loaner to go home and get ready for my trip, which I took them up on. But the loaner had a TPMS light flashing. They told me to just take it. Which turned out to be fine but I stressed out until that light went out. It literally took them approximately 1 hour and 13 minutes from the time I left to call and tell me that my car was done, including the oil change I had asked for. They comped the oil change and in the end I was only about an hour and a half late getting on the road for my trip. They made it right but the ordeal leaves me wanting to find another subaru dealer, even if it's further away.
