I had a great experience at #1 Cochran and I now know why

I had a great experience at #1 Cochran and I now know why they are number 1! My Subaru Legacy had the check engine light on and I lost heat and my eyesight light came on and no RAB. I made an appointment to bring it n and they said they could shuttle me back to my house til it was complete and even said they would pick me back up but I was able to get a ride to pick it up once it was done. I also had a recall which they took care of and the best thing was IT WAS ALL STILL COVERED UNDER MY WARRANTY!!! I got the car back and everything is working perfectly! This is now my new Subaru service department. They will be the first place I call for service now! Customer service was great! Good communication and they made me feel at ease about my car! So thank you Cochran Subaru!!!

Service was quick and friendly. Waiting room was clean, and free coffee was great. Work was completed in about an hour.

Great salesperson.

Great salesperson. Love the car just a bit misleading on interest rates. I’m not sure anyone gets the posted rates.
