Took me in early and explained process.

Took me in early and explained process. Said they would have done in under 1.5, which they did. Texted me a video of the inspection with their recommendations. All staff were personable. Please note: if your vehicle is not make of the shop they won’t be able to do certain corrections. I think the schedulers should make one aware of this when making appointment!

Misunderstood sales rep multiple time.

Misunderstood sales rep multiple time. Wasnt happy that 3 tires were set at 41psi 1 at 31., the one ai 31 went flat the next day.waited 3 hours for maintenance to fix a flat.
