I always come to Nissan if Athens for my vehicle needs. From purchasing to oil changes, the staff is always helpful, informative and available to answer any questions. I would like to say Johnathan in Service, Donnie in sales and Sean in finance have been great! I would highly recommend stopping by.

Very polite service writer.

Very polite service writer. No trying to up charge which was pleasant. I'll be going back for my oil changes.

After 3 hours of waiting at the dealer, I decided to go

After 3 hours of waiting at the dealer, I decided to go check on the status to find the papper work and key located at a vacant desk and my car parked to the side completely finished. How much longer would I have waited on someone to text me my car was ready if I had not gone to check? I never got a ready text at all. I repeated asked the time stamp my car was finished and each person asked said they couldn’t see. I actually had an appt for service and find a 3 hour wait for routine service with an appt is not satisfactory. Neither is not getting notified when it was ready when I told them while dropping it off I would be in the waiting area.

No appointments available for general service.

No appointments available for general service. The mechanic didn't complete the work I requested. They replaced my conventional oil with synthetic oil without asking or explaining. They didn't rotate the tires like I requested. They didn't check the tires' pressure; All four tires are a different psi. I understand the reason they didn't rotate the tires, but to not check the pressure seems, well, lazy. Aside from the service department, I can't comment. The employees were polite. The waiting area was fairly clean, and the drinks and snacks are free. So - there's that. If it's an option, go to the Buford location...snacks are not free, but they take appointments and complete the work requested.
