Very clean and comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Service writer was very knowledgeable aboiut my problem. However, the tech. let my car sit until the writer went back to see what was taking so long only to find out he no effort let anyone know he didn't have the right tool that would allow him to finish the job. I had sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and now I have to do everything all over one more time.

Oil change didn’t fill washer fluid waited 30 after car was finished. Advisor wasn’t aware that my car was finished. Makes me feel like nothing was done to my car.

Got my oil changed they messed my transmission up I

Got my oil changed they messed my transmission up I called service dep the man was very rud was not interested in helping me the man I talked with today is saying that it’s not there fault but why after the oil got checked the check engine light come on and my suv stopped pulling I had it put on a machine some where else the said that Nissan mechanic done something to the transmission because it is loosen pressure and Nissan still going to charge me 150.00 to do test it again
