I had an overall positive experience with my service. Advisor Nate was professional and handled everything efficiently. I didn't have to wait long for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid flush. I appreciate that the tires were actually rotated as promised. I love that they offer a courtesy shuttle back to the house while my services are being performed. The courtesy shuttle driver Trent is such a nice guy! I highly recommend their services.

I really liked my salesman but the dealership itself not
I really liked my salesman but the dealership itself not sot so much! We came specifically because there was a vehicle there. We saw online that we knew we were ready to buy. We took it for a test drive salesman. Very nice. I have a trade in so while we were gone on test drive They did the value on our truck. Then we go inside to do numbers. Now imagine the used vehicle you are going to purchase literally they have done nothing to it not even wash it! It's missing a wheelcover, the lens cap. On the white on the side view Mirror is broken. Literally they have done nothing to this vehicle. So my husband asked them. Hey I really want the wheel cover replaced that's missing. And I'd like the car cleaned up. I mean the upholstery and everything is filthy! So when they come back with the numbers they are charging us $1200 reconditioning fee, please come on. Also try to charge me 1000 dollars because I have my own financing, now I am giving you a trade that I know for xxxx sure you will make money on! I told the 100 percent not paying those fees and I had an offer from carmax for my truck almost 5k more than the offered me for my trade so they said they would give me more for my trade but the they would remove the reconditioning fee if they did not have to replace wheel cover and fix mirror and reconditioning car but the 1000 fee was non negotiable. I told them no bring me my keys for my trade I am not paying 1000 to buy a vehicle from you that I know you are making money on and you literally did nothing to that vehicle. This really gave me a bad taste. They did come back and said ok we will remove the 1000 dollars I think you would have been better served to clean the vehicle fix everything and ask the price that is needed to make you whole! It just seemed so shady! Also I give you my trade all my pay off information. You ask me to get a 10 day pay off its day 14 my vehicle is not paid off ibpay interest everday its not paid but they sure have gotten funded for my purchase now i have 2 car loans I am paying on! I promise I will not refer friends and will not buy another vehicle from you! We literally buy a new vehicle every couple years we could have been great loyal customers!

Well as I expect with this experience. They put a phone number to make it look like they care but notuce no name of who to contact. So I did call, and of course, they had no idea who to connect me to. So they connected me to the sales manager and of course I get voicemail and I leave a voicemail with a call back number and of course no call back! Before I posted this review. I did receive an email from someone named Jennifer and she said she hoped my experience was great. And if I had any comments or questions to please call her. So I called the number in the email and nobody knew this Jennifer girl and I asked whoever was in charge of customer satisfaction If they could call me I left my number no call ever! This place a joke. The only highlight of this experience was my sales guy. He is awesome.I hope he goes somewhere else to work so I can buy a car from him in the future.

The last two times I’ve came to get an oil change it’s taking over 2 hours and that is inexcusable. I’ got a email saying I was eligible for a free oil change with my reward points and Y’all told me that was wrong.i been a loyal customer for over 12 years and I will not ever return.
