They only care about the sale. Sold me a car with one key. They did order a key for me and it is used and severely damaged. when I reached out they said to ship it back to the vendor that sent it and then they would order another. I sent a follow up email letting them know I am unhappy with the response. Now I am being ignored. A total lack of customer service. Avoid buying anything from this dealership.

They lie. Promise stuff, don't deliver. Won't return, won't recommend. 2018 Black Continental, filthy dirty. I asked them too wash it so I could see the quality of the paint, overall car scored a 97. It was a big deal, they did it, what they did was rinsed it, turned car to mud and ran a shammey across the hood and scratched the xxxx out of it. Come to find out after detailing car for two days, they reason they left it dirty, car is scratched.paint in bad condition. Not sure how the car scored a 97 more like an 82. Was told by sales man that he would personally take care of the car and get it cleaned up waxed...did not happen. He did how ever take a razor blade to one mark and scratched it off, now there is not paint there. Now I have a 3 year old luxury car that looks like xxxx. Thank you so much, I waited a year to buy a car like this. Finance guy went on vacation during the process, did not set an away message on phone or email. Or have someone cover his position. Didn't get factory code on door,was told to call them and they would walk me thru a process involving both keys, when car went to Lincoln dealership for repairs i had to pay to Get this info, they hooked up a scan tool to get it, pretty sure they have same tool but didn't care to follow thru.

Denis Sneed Ford was amazing to work with! Rebbecca gave me her personal cell number to work with her as anything was needed. Carrey was quick to answer any questions and was so helpful throughout the entire process. The shipping presented a few bumps in the road but thankfully Denis Sneed did everything in their power to make the situation better. They were great with their communication and were patient with me and all my questions/concerns. Thank you to everyone that helped me in the process! I 100% recommended this dealership!
