The whole process from start to finish was great. The online appointment procedure was great and very convenient. James MacDonald was our service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and provided exceptional communication. He expedited our processing and effectively communicated our options. I appreciated the details, the inspection video, and easy to understand reports. The waiting area was comfortable and well stocked for guests waiting. I greatly appreciated the high level of service provided by James, Nick (sales), and the service tech. Thank you!

Need an oil change and got in the same day. The large desk with electrical connection and wifi allowed me to get work done in comfort. I so enjoyed the complimentary cafe mocha. And best of all, the people! Audi provides a wonderful experience for their customers.

Wasn?t pleased , no communication on my car for repair they told me they were going to pick up the bill and when I get their they wanted me to pay partial of the repair and I had a receipt for my rental and they wanted to make it right but never did

We took advantage of the free shuttle service to have a nice lunch at a local restaurant while waiting for our Q5 to complete the maintenance service. Narrated video of the multi-point check was helpful in understanding what repairs should be performed in the future and we received estimates and advice on how to prioritize those repairs.
