When we decide to purchase future vehicles, we will definitely check them out first, even with the 4 our drive from our home to their dealershio.

despite being assured that the warranty I had purchased

despite being assured that the warranty I had purchased would cover the required parts, I found out it only covers a percentage as the car is an Audi. This is contrary to my initial understanding and it feels as though I was misled into completing the purchase and also procuring the warranty.

Sam was an excellent help with my new GMC Terrain.

Sam was an excellent help with my new GMC Terrain. He was very familiar with all the equipment on it, making sure I was comfortable with it before leaving their location. (My husband greatly appreciated the respect and patience I was shown as he was unable to be there with me) a very easy buying experience. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle.

Stay away!

Please be advised: Do not buy a used vehicle from McLarty Daniel, and do not trust salesman Henry H.! I bought a used vehicle from them with 133k miles. I was told before purchasing the vehicle that it had been throughly inspected. Now three months, 3k miles later I have been told by two independent mechanics that a full engine replacement is needed. Both shops have confirmed that the issues would have been known by any credible shop at time of purchase. This info was not disclosed to me. It turns out McLarty Daniel’s definition of “inspected” is just giving it a glance by one of their guys. It was never formally inspected after all despite this being told to me. If you’re thinking about purchasing a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and stay far away!
