Lee was so helpful and understanding when we were

Lee was so helpful and understanding when we were searching for my husbands new truck. He is very very picky and kinda had an idea of what he wanted but wasn't 100% sure. Lee went through all the features of the trucks. We test drove them & he was so patient. Reid our finance manger was so kind & understanding also. Thank you Lee & McLarty Daniel Buick GMC for such an amazing experience for my husband and I. He LOVES his new truck.

Was there for my scheduled appointment. They were nice enough to investigate a check engine light that was on for a couple days, but had gone off by the time of appointment. Sabrina was courteous and helpful while explaining the services and check engine light.

Daniel in the service department is wonderful.

Daniel in the service department is wonderful. He took care of me when my engine light came on and I drove in without an appointment. They fixed the car and scheduled some other needed repairs. Thank you Daniel!

i purchased a used vehicle with them as-is , with an

i purchased a used vehicle with them as-is , with an extended warranty my sales guy was cole stewart. so when i took the vehicle home everytime i would start it a big cloud of white smoke would come out. so i called them and took it back for them to fix. the first attempt they paid for everything to get it right. i took it back and the same problem so i called them and they said they would diagnose it deeper to find out the exact problem. well it comes out to be it needs a new engine. the warranty was only going to cover some , not all of it so i came in to see todd and cole after long conversation they said they would help me on covering the rest of the cost. wich i really appreciate it since its holiday season and i didnt have to spend any money out of my pocket for car repairs and instead spend it on my family. so i am very thankful todd was willing to help me and my family out with such a big expense. so if you ever want to buy a car here is the place to go they will go way and beyond your expectations to help you out. and before you think of coming here to leave a bad review call todd first he is a caring and nice person he will help you out of its in his hand.

All I can say is my service experience was by far the best one I have ever had. My husband broke down in NWA while on a job and I contacted Ryan to let him know that my vehicle was being towed to his service dept. When the tow truck arrived Ivory greeted my husband by name and took him to meet Ryan and Tayler. After giving them all of the information Ivory gave him a ride back to where he was staying. Ryan kept in touch with us throughout the entire repair which was finished the very next day. I honestly can not say enough good things about this service department. We have been to many dealers in our travels and never once felt as if we could trust in the service department our vehicle was being left with. I applaud the dealer for employing such amazing talent!
