Scammers!!!

I thought a vehicle 2021 was used and had some minor things that needed to be fixed also missing headrests and was told they ordered to find out there never did. Also they tacked on $3500 warranty that I never agreed on or was told about it till after the fact called back told them I didn’t agree on that and I wanted my credit back and they did not do that either their finance team is the absolute worst! I will never go through them ever again! Beware! Please make sure go down every details before buying.

We loved our experience with Sweet at Shaw Toyota. She was incredible to work with and went over and above to make sure all questions were answered. She went over and above and would recommend the service at this dealership over any of the dealerships we visited in Austin.

I saw a car I liked online so I went by the store.

I saw a car I liked online so I went by the store. No salesman were there yet. They told me come back later. Went got breakfast, ate and came back. I drove around for a minute before stopping at the unit I wanted. It was cold. Nobody would come out. Finally, somebody came walking towards me so I walked towards him. He said he was a customer. I got back to my car parked in front of store. I walked in and chased down a salesman. No test drive. He filled out some paperwork discussed some numbers, drove my trade...a black on black on black 2018 Ford Explorer XLT 75k miles in very good condition. He said he would have an answer for me later. Later he called me. Salesman said your car is ready come get it. Done deal. I get there and I get accused of stealing someone's article of clothing that they have me on tape. I said BS call the cops. They didn't. Now they want a thousand or more so down than what was agreed. Done deal? I drove from kingsville to calallen for nothing. Came home empty-handed, a tank of gas lighter and humiliated. "En donde se compra con mucho gusto." I'm a Combat Veteran Mr Shaw. Thanks alot.

Victor Espindola is the very best you can ask for!

Victor Espindola is the very best you can ask for! His customer service and efficiency is excellent! We will not go to anyone else he has made are family loyal customers for life!!!

After 4x in the service dept for the same problem we

After 4x in the service dept for the same problem we finally got the vehicle back with bolts missing from the vehicle stopped by state trooper to warn me of the hanging piece from my vehicle. Safety issue please get it repaired the officer said. They completely forgot to put 9-11 bolts back on my vehicle. Not only did they have my vehicle longer then I drove it now this

Service dept

Had a 9 o’clock appt for 20000 mile service when I arrived was told they would put me inline and I had at least a two hour wait. The previous tire rotation took 3.5 hours aske to speak to service manager but his mailbox was full so called Toyota customer service they said I would get response in 24 hours but4 days later still had no response so called again and they kept me I hold until they could get Jeffthe service manager from mike Shaw on the line it took 35 minutes he informed me that an appointment was to put me in line and like a restaurant I should expect to wait. Well if I had a reservation at a restaurant and when I arrived I was told I would have to wait 2 hours I would not go back to that restuarant well I have purchased numerous vehicles from mike Shaw but from this day forward it’s automation or Victoria like two of my neighbors drive the 90 miles there instead of 5 to mike shaw

Inconsiderate oil change service staff!

I have bought some five Toyota vehicles and have done oil changes at Mike Shaw for years. I always ask for a discount oil change coupon and service staff always find ways to provide one for me. Today ( 3/23/22), I took my car for the timely oil change and I was not provided with a discount oil coupon …I was advised that they ran out of coupons. I feel that service staff can provide one if they want to. I left and will now consider other oil change service providers.

I dislike dealing with this dealership, it takes over 2

I dislike dealing with this dealership, it takes over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. No communication what so ever. Love my vehicle hate the service.

I didn’t get much done, tire rotation and car inspection.

I didn’t get much done, tire rotation and car inspection. However, I didn’t notice until I drove away. They supposedly wash the car after service. Well, I guess they sprinkled my car with water which made my car look awful. The dust just clung to my car. I take care of my car. I have it handwashed routinely. Very disappointed and angry at how my car looks right now. You’d think Toyota would take more pride in their work.
