Bought a used truck 2/25 and after the cleaning they did

Bought a used truck 2/25 and after the cleaning they did in the truck dried up it smells like cat urine. 30k for a litter box. You can't tell me they didn't smell that before they started cleaning it and it's almost impossible to get out. Big mistake going here.

Five star rating for Antonio at Mike Shaw Toyota Calallen. I had been looking for a new vehicle with certain features for about a month, and he not only listened, we test drove some, and then he called me as soon as “the one” came in. I really appreciate that he was patient, didn’t try to talk me into settling for something else, and he also took the time to show me what everything did inside the vehicle after I purchased it. It was a great experience dealing with Antonio!

My mother in law 91 years old has a Yaris and she

My mother in law 91 years old has a Yaris and she purchased a new battery. She returned to show service tech to show it was leaking acid. The service tech said that normal and they will clean for 80 dollars called clean out. This is totally wrong. Taking advantage of 91 year old lady.

I asked if they had any 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrids in

I asked if they had any 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrids in inventory. I was told "yes". I went to Shaw Toyota the next day only to learn they didn't have any interest inventory. The salesperson who said they had one in inventory said it must have got sold. Sad to see these type of business practices still exist.

Just purchased a Toyota Venza from Mike Shaw Toyota, I

Just purchased a Toyota Venza from Mike Shaw Toyota, I want to recognize the exemplary service we received from sales consultant, Ted Endter, who is extremely helpful, candid, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Since the vehicle was being built in Japan, Ted always kept us informed throughout the production and transport process and he took care of all of our concerns. At delivery, he took the time to explain all the new technology and safety functions provided by our new vehicle so my daughter would understand. We are very happy with Mr. Endter's professionalism and amazing customer service skills.

Sweet was the best salesperson I ever met.

Sweet was the best salesperson I ever met. She was respectful, knowledgeable, patient, and very very sweet. She helped make the process smooth and easy and she even helped me take care of my kids !! I never felt pushed or uncomfortable. I will never go see a different car salesman again. If you want to be treated like family then go see her!
