Dustin is an awesome honest salesman!

Dustin is an awesome honest salesman!! He let me know upfront about the brakes needing work. The price was fair! The car runs really good an overall great experience!

Service was good, speedy.

Service was good, speedy. They got me in did what they needed to service on my 2021 Rav4. First experience as first new vehicle. Only thing that keeps it from being great, it wasn't washed. The wash probably wasn't in the deal. Smile, it is on me.

I purchased a 2020 RAV 4 HYBRID at Green Toyota in

I purchased a 2020 RAV 4 HYBRID at Green Toyota in Springfield. Wanted to buy from Fort, but very hard to get used anywhere. Green Toyota and Toyota corp. could not or would not address the issues I had with software and general maintenance. Love the car and will take it to Fort for all my needs. They solved ALL issues and concerns. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE. I purchased the car from Green and could not get them to even return a call about warranty and service needs. FORT addressed everything after one call and one service visit. They drove my wife and I to lunch and picked us up after. So impressed I sent over pizza from across RT29 after leaving.

Our buying experience was a good one overall.

Our buying experience was a good one overall. The sales rep was very helpful throughout the ordering and delivery cycle. My only issue was that the dealer would not provide a trade value when we put in out deposit on the new car. They wanted to wait till delivery to discuss trade value. This lead us to sell our old car ourselves so we knew what we had for a deposit. This added additional hassle to the overal event.

I had them try to locate a sound that my car was making.

I had them try to locate a sound that my car was making. They checked and could not find it. Even though they had the car the entire day, no charge. I was grateful. Then I was able to record the sound and they listened to it. Unfortunately, the power steering pump needed replaced as the fluid appeared to be burnt. I left my car on a Tuesday and was not able to pick it up until Friday. However, when they had a loaner car available, they provided it to me. They were in constant contact with the progress. I just hope the problem is fixed because they were unsure if the sound came from the pump. So far so good.
