Everyone is always super nice. Even when I miss my appointment, they always find me a good time to come in and get me taken care of. I never feel pressured or like I’m being scammed.

From start to finish Kevin was communicative, helpful and kind. I was overwhelmed and he put me at ease quickly. He made himself available on our schedule which was incredibly helpful. Ray made financing a breeze and explained all the details of our transaction thoroughly and answered all the questions I had for him. This is our first Toyota and we are loving it and the service we received working with Fort's in Pekin. Thank you Kevin and Ray for your sense of humor and smiles! You are appreciated!
