Eric was very knowledgeable about the car. He was very helpful and followed up later to check on questions I might have. I did feel I was pushed into financing it without letting me consider what extras were involved and which financial institution to partner with.

Bought new 4Runner last Thanksgiving and it's had
Bought new 4Runner last Thanksgiving and it's had intermittant blower motor issues for the last ten months. Asked to have it changed last oil service but was denied as it was functioning that day. Went to Quincy Toyota dealer and they diagnosed it as being inoperable, but reinstalled unserviceable motor due to not having part in stock. (After 2 hour wait). Returned to Pekin Forts Toyota for next oil service and scheduled blower to be replaced. Called ahead to parts department to confirm replacement motor in stock. Upon arrival for service, I was informed blower may not be replaced due to no "qualified" mechanic on duty. Service department required 2 hours and 20 minutes for oil change, tire rotation and finally blower replacement. I've replaced 4 blower motors on my 2008 Tundra and it's a 10 minute job. They have never completed a simple oil change in less than 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. Once Toyota Care warranty is expired, I will not return for anything but warranty items.
