I brought my Lexus into the dealership for service.

I brought my Lexus into the dealership for service. They were so quick and very professional and detailed. They also gave me a ride back to work which I really appreciated.

Greetings... My truck was filthy after the Toyota service. My truck isn't new nor fancy but , Dirt oily hand prints all over my afterwards is disrespectful.

The Service Dept installed a new side mirror on my Lexus.

The Service Dept installed a new side mirror on my Lexus. I am so glad I did. I brought in a "dinged, scratched, and marked up" door with a dangling side mirror that was knocked off. They did a great job installing including cleaning up the exterior of the car door. Looked brand new. Thank you.

We all know that Toyota’s simplest cars are the best and

We all know that Toyota’s simplest cars are the best and I can buy them at any dealer. What you can’t buy is good people. The service manager at Toyota of Rockwall is the only reason you guys get my two Rav 4’s to service. I do not have to babysit him. I can tell him what I want and sometimes it’s not enough. I can count on Mick Shott to be honest, accurate and thorough. He knows to service my car like it’s his wife, parents and kids driving those cars. If Mick or an equally trustworthy person were not there I seriously doubt I would continue my relationship with your dealership. He is the reason for my continued trust in my car every 5000 miles. I’d rather pay more than to not know where I stand with my wife’s and my car. Thank you Mick… Mark LeBlanc
