The Service Department is very well organized.

I got the car I wanted, but after trading in my old one,
I got the car I wanted, but after trading in my old one, I’ve faced issues, especially with the banks. I’m concerned about the lack of transparency regarding behind-the-scenes processes affecting the sale. Since my trade-in hasn’t been bought yet, I’ve missed two payments, which is causing me additional stress.

Got charged to adjust my headlights even though been
Got charged to adjust my headlights even though been wrong since the day I bought the car they did the repairs charged me 82 dollars then informed me that I was still under manufacture warranty they could of told me this in the beginning and saved me 82 dollars

While the Service Rep was doing his job the policies of the Dealership are questionable. I bought a car there, a new battery with an 84month warrantee was installed in the car just before I bought it. They told me that their policy was only 12months since I bought the car from them and not the battery. I have had other issues where they made promises of including car washes for life as part of my service package. They then eliminated the service with no restitution. The owners really don't care about their customers. They try to sell me things I don't need every time. They cleaned my wifes' headlights for $160 and it was a poor job. I spent $12 and 30 minutes when I did my own and they were 4 times better. Rip off. While the people are nice the dealership is questionable.
