This was one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. I was able to complete almost all of the purchasing experience online with Reeves. Once I got to the dealership the only thing I had to do was complete the signing of the paperwork and I was on my way. I was able to negotiate the rebates, trade-in and out-the-door price all online. When I am in need of another Mopar product, I will be contacting Capital CJD.

Good service on Jeep for oil change and tire rotation. Service staff was excellent in addressing needs and extra work requested. Service area was clean and staff took care of all my issues.

Horrible experience. Won’t ever go back. Bought my 6th vehicle from them and it was a lemon. Leaked, mold grew inside and they couldn’t get the parts to fix it. Tried to fix it and installed a broken part and scratched up my truck in the process. Service referred me to Sales to replace the vehicle. Sales referred me back to Service. Contacted RAM Care/ FCA and they refused to help because they said the dealership was still working with me. Dealership couldn’t get correct part for 2 months. Awful product and awful service behind the product. And, to top it all off, I was called a liar by a staff member for a mistake between them and RAM Care.

Excellent service. Provided me with mask when I forgot mine. Clearly explained the multi point system and how it pertained to me. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was pleased with the helpfulness and warmth of the service advisor. Actually all of the employees at this locale were very welcoming.

Went today 02/13/21 for oil service and everything was good took about 40 mins great customer service for Stephanie she got me in and out..
