I had a great experience at Walser Nissan. I was looking for a used Nissan Cube and Mark Knutson was very helpful. I had postponed getting a car for over a year because I hate the sales process at dealerships. As a "best price- no haggle" dealership, it took all the anxiety and hassle. In addition, I received a fair price for my trade-in. I thought that was going to be a deal breaker, but it ended up being the deal maker. I highly recommend this dealership and Mark as a salesperson. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

I would highly recommend John Tower as a sales associate. John was very accommodating and truly listened to the the features and price that I wanted most in a vehicle. He did a phenomenal job at showing me different vehicles and ultimately helped me find my dream car at my dream price. I couldn't be happier and the entire experience at Walser Nissan was fantastic.

Amanda Black is awesome! She is dedicated, determined, and patient. After several months of me procrastinating, she finally convinced me to come in and test drive a new Murano. She said if I drove one, I would buy one and she was right. I love my new car. And thanks to Gary and Ryan. They gave me everything I needed to make the right purchase. I love you guys! I also want to thank Nate Anderson from Mazda. Even though I didn't buy a car from him, his helpfulness and willingness to make sure I bought the perfect car for me was very much appreciated. Next time maybe! Kudoos to Walser for hiring such wonderful, dedicated, and knowledgeable people. I will certainly recommend Walser to everyone I know! Nina

Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future.

Walser Nissan at Burnsville is a GREAT Dealer to work...

Walser Nissan at Burnsville is a GREAT Dealer to work with! We bought 2 cars for last couple month from them and both times was impressed by experience. These people are top flight. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyed they work. From the time we stepped onto the lot, everyone there treated us in extremely friendly relaxed manner. Vernon was especially helpful. He introduced us to the cars, he gave us complete run down of all the features that cars had and answered all our questions. During both our visits we were able to test cars, complete paperwork and drive out on our new cars pleased and happy. Walser Nissan is excellent service, knowledgably staff and great attention to details. I am definitely going to come back to them if I would need another car.

My wife and I appreciate the way Walser Nissan dealt with us through the entire sales process. We ended up with a car that we just love and no surprises. Even the trade in value on our old car was fair. This is a great dealership. You will not be sorry if you buy here. Every person we encountered was pleasant, honest and willing to help us with whatever we needed.

Hello, my name is Joe. I recently bought a vehicle from Amanda at Burnsville's Walser Nissan. I can truly say that my visit there was a great idea in the first place. I was looking around for a Kia Soul all over the Twin Cities. I was contacted by Walser Nissan saying they had a Soul with low mileage and in my price range. I went there not really expecting to leave with a car. Boy was I wrong. I was greeted with smiles and care. Amanda Black sat me down and walked me through the whole process. Even while I was eagerly awaiting a reply from a bank about my loan status, Amanda informed me of all the benefits of being a Walser customer. Many of these perks I was not expecting. She really appeared to care for my needs before, during, and after my car purchase. Even when I went to get a carwash there, she greeted me with a smile and asked me if I was still loving my new Kia Soul. And I sure am. Thank you Walser Nissan. And especially thank you Amanda. You really made this experience a great one. Joe

I have had great service at Walser and I have had...

I have had great service at Walser and I have had terrible service at Walser. My last experience was bad enough that I will NEVER buy a vehicle from them again no matter what location and I will NEVER buy a Nissan again. I was having a consistent problem with the same part on my car and had been in many times for repair. I finally was told that they couldn't do anything else to the car and that I needed to call Nissan and make a formal complaint. I did that and then had to go back again to meet the service manager. Without even looking at my car, he started to rant that since I had not been in for my 30K checkup that Nissan had no reason to honor my warranty on the part. He also told me that they hadn't fixed anything the last few times I was in. I told him that I had all my paperwork showing that they had so if they hadn't then all of that was a lie. Also I pointed out that when I bought the car I was told that the checkups were never over $300. When I called to schedule mine it was over $400. I know that prices fluctuate, but that was a big difference. I said that there was no reason for me to pay that much when the brakes were part of the inspection and I had already been in multiple times for them to look at them. Any other part of the inspection would have NOTHING to do with the brakes so there was no reason to not honor my warranty. Plus your warranty covers you whether or not you go to the checkups. I told him that this experience was making or breaking the need to come back to Walser or get a Nissan again. He also accused me of lying about the brakes since I was close to the end of the warranty. This was stupid because I don't live close to the location and the first time I brought in the car for repair was around 12K miles which is pretty early and would be a lot of work on my end just to try to get new brakes. The fact that he was rude to me and tried to make me mad enough to leave and tried to slip me up with saying that the warranty wouldnt cover because I hadnt been in for the checkup made me so angry that I have not been back there since. I now bring my car for any checkups or anything to another location. I also had another bad experience when I was thinking about trading the car in. I was getting married and buying a house so we were looking into cutting our bills back. They were trying to sell me on such wrong information. My husband was there and knew enough about cars that when they said something that was incorrect he corrected them and then the dealer had to admit they were wrong or werent sure about the facts they were sharing. I don't know that much about cars, but I know enough about financing and they were trying to sell me a different vehicle that would cut my payments back etc, but when I started questioning the numbers then I found out they werent true. I will say that the service guy name Chad Obert was always friendly. He worked most of the time when I was there and checked me in often. If I were to ever go back to this location it would be because of him.

Consistently steller service. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Walser Nissan service in Burnsville, MN. Service staff are consistently courteous, prompt, respectful, and never intimidating. I always feel comfortable expressing my needs and well attended to within a quick time frame. They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I highly recommend this service department above all others.
