Shopping and Buying
I purchased a 2015 F-150, Platinum Model. To get exactly what I wanted and needed I had to special order. My sales rep, Leo McLaurin worked with me the whole way and answered any questions and concerns. I did not start at Apple Ford. I started at the local GM dealership in Feb. The sales rep there was more concerned about his smart phone that talking to me, particularly after I stated that I didn't plan to purchase until the following month. No such issues at Apple Ford or with Leo, he said he would work me the same whether I purchase today or 2 months from now. The experience was all I could expect it to be. Guess that's why I'm driving a Ford again.

Excellent Experience
I purchased an MKS from a different dealer a few years ago. Since I worked very close to Apple Ford Lincoln I started bringing my car in for service there. Talk about the right move. The service team was always prompt and courteous. I never had to question their recommendations and left completely satisfied. So when it came time to consider a new vehicle I made contact with Tyler Carter, Brand Manager for their Lincoln dealership. After a test drive, trade analysis and a few emails back and forth I made a deal on a new 2015 Lincoln MKS. When I arrived to pick up my new car everything went as advertised.
