Hands down the best / easiest car buying experience I

Hands down the best / easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Drove from out of state to look at a car I saw on the internet. From 1st chat to 1st phone call customer service was fantastic. The vehicle I went to look at was not a match for me. My Lincoln Specialist sales person, Derek, pulled up another vehicle for me to look at which was a perfect match. Couldn't be happier! They will be my 1st stop for future vehicle purchases.

I have had my expedition serviced at Apple VAlley since its purchase in 2018. The personnel from sales, receptionists, service and parts have been exceptional. This was my third purchase from them and will look to them for future vehicles.

All the staff were professional and friendly.

All the staff were professional and friendly. Purchasing my new Bronco was quite stress free. My salesperson, Bob Patterson gets 5 Stars!

I have gone to this dealer for many years. My wife and I have purchased vehicles, leased vehicles, and done our servicing here. The people are wonderful and committed to their jobs. I like the no-haggle pricing. And when they say they match prices of other competitors - they do.

On Monday after Christmas, I contacted AV Ford regarding

On Monday after Christmas, I contacted AV Ford regarding a dead battery in my car parked in my garage. I was referred to Lindsey Koughan who arranged for Wah and another service tech to be at my home Tues morning to install a new battery. Lindsey was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. She had the appt set up, my charges and pic of my service technician emailed to me within minutes. The service techs were on time and finished within 20 min. They were informative and very friendly. As always, my experience with AV Ford was excellent! Thank you all!!
