Great service!

I brought my car in as I had received a recall notice - and I was happy that they were able to install the new part in a timely manner. They also did a lube & oil change and an overall service check - and I was able to pick my car up within an hour. The customer service was great!

Super awesome staff and great customer service!

My experience was awesome! I had come here as I was shopping around for the best deal on a 2021 Kia Forte GT Line that I loved. Went to a dealership in high point and while they had some great perks on that particular car, they also offered me a WAY OVER MY BUDGET CAR PAYMENT estimate. I left disappointed but wasnt giving up. Found Battleground Kia of Greensboro had the exact same car I wanted and when we got down to the brass, I was about to leave because again, my would be car payment was way over my budget and with bad credit it made it worse. My awesome salesman, Sharod, asked me if he could get the payment lower with the gap insurance, if I would sign the paperwork for my new car and I said yes absolutely! After about 30 more minutes, him and the manager over finance came over and offered me a car payment with gap insurance that A) I could afford with my bad credit and no co-signer and B) was lower than my old car. I signed the paperwork and left with my beautiful new forte GT. This was the best car buying experience ever for me and the staff was really there listening to me and what I was looking for price wise and really went above and beyond to make it happen. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!!!!

Underhanded practices

Various problems with Battleground Kia. I wasn't going to leave a negative review but after this latest problem I have to. I purchase a 2020 Sportage from them in April. When we showed up for our appointment we were ready to do business. We test drove the car and were ready to make a decision. They tried to charge me almost $1000 for "fees" that the dealership has to pay to get the car to their lot. That is a business cost not a customer cost. I confronted them and they dropped it. Then the salesperson would not give me my interest rate. He showed me what the payments would be instead, when I had asked him directly what the interest rate would be. Shady practices to distract me from my question. They were "short-staffed" and so I ended up having to wait almost 2 hours to work with financing to finalize my sale. When I got into finance the price had actually jumped by $1000 from the "out the door price" I had been given, to "certify" the vehicle, which was NEVER discussed with me. After waiting for almost 2 hours imagine how I felt to find that out - SURPRISE. I would have gone elsewhere had I known that and could've bought a brand new care for the same price. After finding out that my interest rate was at least a full percent higher than my credit actually qualified for I refinanced with my bank. Well it turns out that this dealership never even sent the title to the first finance company, so now I am having to track it down myself. This dealership's practices are the reason everybody has a low opinion of "used car salesmen" to begin with. It holds no integrity. It was a slimy experience and this should get somebody's attention. To allow your business to operate that way while you make excuses is beyond underhanded.
