Brought car is oil and filter change. Was met with friendly greeting. Options were explained well. Service was completed in a timely fashion. After work was completed a description of required work was given and I was given the name of the person to contact. Overall, very satisfactory experience.

I bought a used vehicle back in December. I had just recently had a stroke and I needed to get back-and-forth to the mayo clinic in Rochester Minnesota. I saw this van and went and saw Nancy in the used car department who is absolutely fantastic. I’ve been to the Mayo Clinic and back three times since I bought it otherwise it’s been in the garage and it was all in the winter . Last week. It got warm out and I drove it for the first time around here and the air conditioning did not work, I took it in and told them ,they offered me a rental car but I live nearby and I just had my wife pick me up . The next morning I got a call that it was done and I went in and it works perfect. I’m very happy and everyone was so helpful.
