Service to my vehicle was very disappointing, and the customer service was worse! I had to bring my vehicle back to fix the initial problem, and was without it for a total of 2 weeks. The service manager did not answer any of my questions or concerns and never returned my calls.

Great Customer Service

I was experiencing a problem with my Fusion. Called Hiller and was transferred to Joel. Wow, what an experience. Professional, courteous and caring. A great asset to your Customer Service Dept!! Dennis Brand

Worst buying experience I have ever had

Worst car buying experience ever. I have purchased many Ford vehicles before from different dealerships and have never had such a terrible experience. I ordered a vehicle through Hiller it came 4 months later. I had my vehicle appraised the 4 months earlier and was told I would get around $2100 dollars for my trade in. Great. My truck appraised out the same as before except they tell me I am getting 200 dollars for my trade in now. Don’t know how that math works when I made 4 more payments on my vehicle since then and they are appraising the vehicle the same. Then I get the run around on it has 4000 more miles on it now….why does that matter if it’s appraising the same? If my lease buyout was 35k 4 months ago and is now 31k you aren’t appraising the vehicle the same. They also did not want to honor the 1000 dollars off for when I ordered too even though they assured me I would get it. I wish I had more time remaining on my lease because I would have just walked away but if I left and ordered somewhere else I would have been passed the date for “trade in” vs lease end and would have gone over miles. Go somewhere else.

Kid at instant oil change place cracked a plastic splash...

Kid at instant oil change place cracked a plastic splash shield behind my Ranger wheel. Went to Hiller Ford Quick Lane to have it looked at. Rachel F was manager and super pleasant, honest and expedient getting me in to have it checked out. She got the new shield ordered and let me pop in without a firm appointment to have it reinstalled. I’ve had bad experiences with dealership service (several different dealerships) over the years but my experience with Hiller was fantastic. Hopefully it wasn’t a fluke! I’ll definately go back to them for oil changes going forward. Seems like this manager has a good attitude and is running an efficient shop. Nice job Rachel. Thank you.

Great dealership

I talked to Nikko, a great salesman, he showed me all the features on the car and helped me with my trade in. Overall a very good experience at this dealership.

Oil change

Great dealership and very professional. Always willing to help and get you in and out as promised. The Quick Lube service goes out of the way to take excellent care of your vehicle. I have been buying cars from Hiller Ford for the last 35 years and my father and grandfather bought cars there before I did. It is family owned and the best dealership in the Milwaukee area.
