Warranty work

We had a problem with our 2014 Escape, the engine wasn’t running right. And it wouldn’t accelerate at all. We had it towed to Hiller Ford and they were fantastic! They had a loaner car for us to use while they diagnosed the problem. David Bainer kept us informed of everything they were doing. It turned out to be a cracked engine block, luckily we had a warranty. All the repairs were done in a timely fashion and we had our car back in two weeks. Thanks Hiller Ford and please thank Mr. Bainer.

Service and sales personnel pleasant and courteous also helpful. Service folks Unable to diagnose an issue because the problem was sporadic. But did not charge for time spent trying to diagnose issue. Sales personnel pleasant, informational and not pushy

The customer service experience was a breeze!!!!!!

The service was outstanding. Dave was great and I was able to get out of there within the timeframe he suggested (2 hours) if not, less. They have fresh coffee and water bottles in waiting area.

Hassle & Stress Free buying experience

Showed up to look at the vehicle I was interested in and it was already pulled up and ready. Decided to buy process was quick without relentless pressure to buy warranties, etc. Fourth vehicle I have bought from Hiller Ford without a problem or hassle.
