My experience at Matthews motors was somewhat mixed. My salesman was good and did his job well but I'm somewhat placed in a stressful situation when purchasing my new truck. Particularly considering the fact that I shouldn't had been in this situation since because the truck that I traded was purchased from Matthews motors 2 years ago and it was severely damaged with a bent frame plus other issues that wasnt inspected before I purchased it, so therefore I wouldnt had been in the stressful situation that I'm in if it wasn't for Matthews selling me a damaged vehicle to begin with . A very unessary stressful situation that was uncalled for. And by the the finance manager that handled my purchase was being very rude and impatient with me during this process, and that again was very uncalled for. But yes the Silverado drives good for now and hopefully no damage will come along with this truck unlike the last one did.

Matthew Motors is definitely a good recommendation for every vehicle purchase. This is my fourth buy here at this location. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful.

Be extremely careful because once a crook all ways a crook. Purchased a 2016 Colorado about 2 years ago and the vehicle had been heavenly damaged in a accident including a bent frame. Claimed they inspected it for damage but they did no such thing . very shady and dishonest in my opinion. There's several vehicles with covered up damage placed on that lot for sale so play it smart and think twice before making a purchase from this dealership. Beware.

I bought a superduty In Clayton and I am pleased with my experience. The finance department was handled well by Carlos. However, the person of the hour has to be Ali. He represented the climate of Matthews Motors well and his energy was never matched. Ali will listen to you and work for you, he is a good guy. The overall customer service was top notch and expeditious. I will refer anyone to Ali/Matthews Motors. And I will definitely shop there again for my wife’s next vehicle.
