Worst ever my be ram with 700 miles on it was towed in they never called me then they couldn’t understand why I was mad it was there over the weekend they never locked it and some one somebody stole my 3k radio that runs the truck they told me they couldn’t help me call my insurence

I started purchasing my cars from Scranton Dodge 12 years ago and I haven't gone anywhere since. Since Day 1 (with Mike McConkey), my requests have been met. He has always been gracious, polite, and knows exactly the type of car I am looking for and he is the main reason we (my husband and I) keep going back there. We know by going there, what we can expect because of the consistent great service we receive. I highly recommend Mike and the team at Scranton Dodge!

Dodge is a good name because you should Dodge it if at all possible. Bought a used car last spring went to pick it up. They were getting ready to close and sat us in a cubicle with a bunch of car parts. This guy comes up behind me and throws a key FOB over my shoulder. Then some other joker comes out using vulgar language in front of customers. I said wheres the other one he says (rudely) theres only one. We said deals off. Next day they call us and say oh we'll get you a key FOB and even put it in writing. A month later no key FOB so we were concerned we may lose the only one or someone else had one. I called and Mr. McConkey refuses to talk to me tells receptionist to tell me "we don't have it" yet. This went on for months. At one point he told the receptionist to hang up on me. I wasn't rude but there were other problems like components for the spare tire missing they failed to mention. I finally ordered the missing parts and got and OEM key FOB for $90 in 4 days. I had to wait to weeks to have it programmed at a dealer which cost another $130.

Took my jeep on wednesday may 24th for bad struts.
Took my jeep on wednesday may 24th for bad struts. Before doing this verified with the warranty company it was covered. I was told yes. Danielle tells me sorry it’s not, her trusty computer said so, so if i want it fixed i would need to pay. I refused. Took my jeep back and went home. I called the service department back on speaker with the warranty company on speaker on another phone. The warranty company could hear every word Danielle was saying. The warranty company again verified it was covered. Danielle said nothing i can do for you. The warranty company suggested i file a complaint with jeep and stated this is what they do. They pretend it’s not covered so the customer will pay and then the customer has to do all the leg work to get their money back! Really??? I took a day of work to get my jeep fixed and nothing was fixed! How dishonest can a dealership be?? The service manager said i’ll look into it and nothing, no call back. Not much to look into, it’s covered, so do your job and fix it! I will never go to this dealership again and happy to tell everyone who will listen how horrible and down right dishonest your dealership is.

Not only is Chrysler the worst car manufacturer but Scranton dodge is as well. This is our first Chrysler and never again. BOught brand new in 2019. The next day took it on vacation and have had nothing but problems ever since. -corroded/rusted hood (2 years in) - engine coolant leak and repair (1 year in) - replaced actuator (1 year in) - continued engine coolant league and repairs (4 appts. And still not corrected) - grey smoke pours out of the exhaust with the worse toxic smell ever (still not fixed) This company should be ashamed of themselves! My mechanic found the issues in 1 appt. But won’t fix it bc it’s all under warranty with Chrysler still but they are obviously incompetent. Never buying from Scranton dodge again and glad to spread the word. After 5 appts for the same issue!! By now they owe me money which is why I’m taking my complaints to Chrysler themselves. They told me to show prof of expenses paid for repairs that didn’t correct the issue and they will see about a refund. Yeah right! .

Our car is in your position as we speak, and in the service department for the fifth time for the same issue in as many months. we just picked up our car from you two weeks ago and as always, they stated it was fixed, but it’s not! We have taken this up with Chrysler themselves and they’ve been in contact with Phil Santiago multiple times. You refuse to do the dirty work and find the exact root of the problem instead keep putting Band-Aids on the issues. We are even in the middle of getting a reimbursement from Chrysler for all of the issues you told us to fix but the main issue still exist. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves and I am spreading the word to as many people, as I possibly can, including all social media outlets

Just want to share my experience with Scranton Dodge recently. I will be making no comments, you can be your own judge. I have a jeep that needed a windshield fluid pump replaced along with one of the lines, theone on the river side. I made an appointment for 4/28 and told them exactly what I needed done. I checked on their website and it said their service dept was open til 8:00 on Thursday. So I decided to drop my jeppof the night before at 6:00. When I got down there, it said they close at 4:30. Nerer the less I simply dropped my jeep off indicating what I needed done. I then got a call from a Shannon on Friday 4/28 who said no work could be done without them doing a diagnostic test despite my telling them what I needed to be done. So 130.00 later, and after I guess they went into the Jeep , pulled the lever on the steering column back and found that the fluid would not dispense, they send me a text telling me the result of their diagnostic test: fluid not dispensing, line and motor needs replacing. Now the fun begins. I am told they do not have the part but it will be in on Monday. I tell her keep the car as it makes no sense in me picking up the Jeep just to return it on Monday. She says it will be done on Monday. Come Monday I get a call from another girl who tells me the part is in and when do I want to bring my Jeep in for service. I tell her that they have had the Jeep there since Friday and she says, she doesn’t know anything except they told her to call me. She then says ok, she’ll get on it and the service takes about an hour. I then get an email that confirms I have an appointment the next day, 5/2 for service.. I simply let it go. Come Tuesday, I hear nothing all day so I decide to go there after work to check on my Jeep. Once there, I see Shannon who tells me that they are still waiting on the part. When I tell her how can that be when I received a call yesterday from them saying the part was in. She acts all bothered and says she will have to check with her parts dept. After about 15 minutes, she comes back and simply states , the jeep will be worked on first thing tomorrow. No explanation, no apology, no nothing. She acts like I am bothering her. I say nothing and simply walk out. So after almost a week and almost 500.00 I have my fluid pump replaced ( a 25.00 part) . Needless to say, they will never see my Jeep again.

Chris explained alot to me about Jeep Wrangler Willy's. Very smart. Went home. He called next day. Went down. He went over the numbers, Explained them to me,We made the deal. Great sales person. I'm glad to finally have my Jeep back after 4 weeks of being at the dealership. I called on many occasions and the phone was busy or the agent who was assigned to my case was not available. And she did not return my phone calls. I walked in to the dearlership on two occasions and I was told that since my car had been towed, there was a long line for me to get my car diagnosed. On the fourth week, I finally got a call from the agent, saying that my car was going to be taken to the shop on that week! wow! alelouya! I'm grateful but I don't believe 4 weeks is an acceptable timeline, also the fact that they did not have the courtesy to call back, or provide a vehicle while mine was at the dealership. My bumper to bumper guarantee was still active. One of the survey questions is about how well was the vehicle sanitezed? well, very simple, they did not sanitize it! I was considering to upgrade my car at the Wyoming dealership, now I am not. I am disappointed.
