Subaru’s online salesman Dutch contacted me about a car they had that I was interested in, he confirmed it was still there, gave me the salesman Chad’s number to call, I went over to test drive the car immediately, and I bought the car a few days later when my financing came through. The car was well serviced, inspected, and Chad made sure I knew how to work the fancy stuff! I am so happy with the speed and service and niceness of buying from W & L Subaru! Chad tells me State Inspections are free for the lifetime of the car, and I do get a 3 month limited warranty. Chad checked to make sure any recalls on that model were completed. I feel very secure that I got a great car at a good price. I will be sure to tell friends that W&L makes buying a car painless.

As a courtesy, Owen Long put the blind spot sensor part through warranty, and we appreciate very much that he took the time to do this for us and saved us a lot of money. Owen also offered us a loaner vehicle because our Outback was going to be in service over the weekend. We didn't need the loaner vehicle, but appreciate the offer in case we would have needed it. We will request Owen as our Service Advisor for future appointments. We are pleased with W&L's Sales and Service, and when we are ready for a new vehicle, it will be with W&L.
