Awesome customer service

Colleen Paige was a great salesperson. She was very friendly and helpful. She was knowledgeable about the vehicle and also got me everything I wanted.

Bill Orr was fantastic.

Bill Orr was my salesman and he was informative, courteous, and helpful in finding exactly what I was looking to purchase. From the color, the price and the added features on the car, I couldn't have been happier with my purchase. I plan to keep this vehicle for awhile and with the extended warranty that I purchased, I don't feel afraid that my vehicle will present me with major expenses that I cannot afford!!! That's very important to a retiree who needs a vehicle but has limited resources. Thanks Page Toyota and thanks Bill.

Second Chance

I had been through a divorce and my credit and finances had collapsed. I came in to work with Dean convinced I'd be declined but figuring I had nothing to lose. I was a ball of nerves and Dean helped me feel much better and showed me that he believed in me and kept saying he wanted to put me in a car that day. I knew other places would have laughed and told me to leave but Page had several staff who assured me they were working to help me. They got me into a beautiful red Prius and not only do I have a gorgeous new car, I have a second chance to get my life back together and feel better about myself. Driving around in my Prius I realized that this is where my life begins to turn around and that it's getting better. Much thanks to all who worked with me and a big hug to Dean. His faith in me and what we were doing was above and beyond the normal salesman's job. I have bought several cars and the process was always nerve wracking. I have never been treated with more respect and all the numbers were put in front of me. That kind of honesty is rare when you're buying a car. My son and his partner also got another chance and are also Prius owners. Thanks Dean and thank you Page for all you did for me and my family. I am a Page Toyota customer for life.

Rav review for Fred

We were not intending to purchase a Rav4 that day. Page was the one dealer in our area we had not visited, so we felt we should make the effort. We wanted a late year Rav4 with various features - many features, in fact - and Page had three vehicles which filled the bill. Fred came out to greet us, and answered all of our questions in a friendly, open, manner. It seemed clear that as customers our needs mattered more than just Page wanting to sell a vehicle. When we saw the car we wanted, it was too expensive. Fred managed to drop the price and give us a generous trade-in allowance on our 2004 Rav4. Brad, the money guy, was informative and friendly and we felt he was honest with us. Frankly, we enjoyed dealing with Page much more than Suburban (where we bought our last Rav4) and which is, or tries to be, kinda slick, like your typical car salesman. We ended up driving our great Rav4 home and it is a wonderful car. In sum, we would unhesitatingly return to Page for another purchase. Thanks again, Fred!

2014 Tundra

Stopped into Page Toyota in hopes of purchasing a new truck for my expanding family. Extremely friendly environment. I worked with Steve Sanker and GM Mike Gardner and they provided ALL my wants/needs at an unbeatable price! I felt Steve listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen! The quality of customer service my wife and I received was beyond exceptional. We LOVE our new 2014 Tundra and will refer everyone to Page Toyota! Thanks again Mike and Steve!!!

My husband & I had an exceptional purchasing experience yesterday at Page Toyota with salesperson Colleen Paige. This is the fourth Prius that we have purchased, but the first time buying through Page Toyota. From procuring the Prius V with the options we wanted to finalizing paperwork all in one day, Colleen saw to every detail in a very personable, professional, knowledgeable manner. It was a true pleasure to work with her and all those who helped behind the "scenes".

Lease on Toyota Corolla

Dean Jarrell is an exceptional salesman! He made recommendations, listened, made more recommendations, showed me several colors, waited patiently, listened some more and had/has a great sense of humor. This is my first lease but third vehicle from Page. While there is a Toyota dealer in my neighborhood, I trust that Page will give me the best deal and customer service anywhere. That is why I travel all the way from Holly to Southfield.

Great price and great people, 'nuff said!

Colleen Paige was just wonderful to work with. She treated us like we had bought the most expensive car on the lot, not the base Sienna we actually bought! She took enormous time to explain every detail and feature of the van to my wife and I, and didn't stop until we were fully satisfied and knew all we needed to. Dominica and Kristie helped greatly in the pricing and finance areas.
