Must see "SERVICE EXCELLENCE Award" Page Toyota

My daughter and I went to the "SERVICE EXCELLENCE Award" Page Toyota last night to get her new RAV4 first 5.000 mile tire rotation, before we left home I told her we should mark four tires current postion so after tire rotate we will know it, we looked the four of them found two front tires have LIGHT RED DOTS on the side and two real tires have two DARK RED DOTS. After 'Excellence Service' we found one side the tire retate (dark red dot on front) but other side do nothing light red dots still in front and dark red dot in back, I told the service rep. (Chris Cooper) the story he keep says they did if I want to change back do it. This is "Service Excellence Award" service story, I will contact Toyota to ask them that what is "Service Excellence Award" like this king of service???

I would first like to apologize for your negative experience. In reading your review here and speaking with the people involved at the dealership, it appears that the tire rotation was done as requested and then when you challenged the service department on whether or not the service was completed properly, they offered to put whatever tire wherever you wanted in front of you in an attempt to show the transparency of our dealership and eliminate any feeling of misgivings. It appears that efforts were made to make the situation right by you, however you were still left with a bad taste in your mouth. We would welcome the opportunity to allow you to explain to us what we could have done differently to please you as a customer.

I had mark four of them which one side did, other side didn't. it was happened other Toyota dealership again last month when I need tire rotation, I marked four tires before to the dealer.

As a young woman buying a new car for the first time, I was prepared to deal with a lot of trickery and manipulation from a car dealership. Instead, Kimberly Moore and everyone I encountered at Page Toyota treated me with respect and were open and honest every step of the way. This was a very refreshing surprise! The price was the best in the area, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Relaxed and Cool encounter

I was allowed to look at the inventory a bit before being approached warmly. and slowly escorted to the vehicle I wanted. The purchase was smooth and pressure free.

Extremely friendly sales person- Kim Moore! Very helpful, down-to earth, and straight-forward. It was a true pleasure working with her, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

Page Toyota & Colleen Paige. Everything was excellent.

This is my third purchase from Page Toyota, and my second purchase from Colleen Paige. The transaction was a bit complicated, but Colleen really knows what she is doing. Everything worked out so well. I am now the proud owner of a 2014 Tocoma Truck. One thing I can really appreciate is when I ask a sales person a question and they know the answer, Honesty goes a long way with me as well. So I would definately highly recommend Colleen and and Page Toyota. Thanks for everything Ms Colleen.

Page Toyota gave me what I asked for!

I recently purchased a 2001 Lexus GS 300 from Page Toyota. I began my search online and found several possible vehicles. Page Toyota was the first to respond, and the only dealer to work with me closely on the Saturday when I was looking to either close a deal at least put something down. Bill Orr did an excellent job, taking the car out for a drive and calling me back with a candid review of both the capabilities and limitations of this thirteen year old vehicle. That convinced me to drive from Clinton Township to Southfield and drive it myself, and I agreed with Bill's assessment, and I put down $300 to hold the vehicle and came back on Monday to pick it up, along with the remainder of the cash; Bill definitely earned the sale and earned a very positive recommendation and review; I also wrote Bill and Page Toyota a positive review for Bill to share with his customers and I look forward to seeing it from Page Toyota.
