Straightforward Dealership
Page Toyota is the only dealership, out of a number of dealerships I contacted (including Lansing, Ann Arbor & Battle Creek), that would give me an honest 'out-the-door' quote, with itemization. There is no other 5-figure purchase I can think of where the seller thinks subterfuge with customers is a good thing. Everyone I dealt with at Page from the salesperson, to sales managers to the financial staff was courteous, friendly and responsive to my questions. After 2 weeks of looking for the car I wanted closer to home, I contacted Page on a Wednesday, and traveled to Southfield to pick up my car the next day. In 1989, I had a similar experience, and bypassed the local dealership for Page Toyota. I highly recommend doing business with Page Toyota and sing its praises whenever I have the opportunity..

Once we talked with BILL ORE about the type of vehicle , amount we could live with he took us out Bill walk with us from car to truck or van. We chose the Van (love it), Bill notice that we would save money if we went though TFS and got everything we need to be comfortable for years to come, Thanks this was a great buy! I went in to see my moms guy Dean Jarrell. I needed a car badly, he picked a 2012 Scion XB that is the same number in that series as my birthday that I absolutely Love. Talk about being in tune with the customer..... Brad Stoller is the best finance guy in the world.... He called me back after I had already taken possession of my car to tell me he could get me a better deal which lowered my payment How often does something like that happen?? I have brought in a couple of times for pot hole damage, which by the way my warranty covered and the service staff is terrific.... Thanks guys.....

Becky was the best sales person I've ever dealt with!
I went in to Toyota and honestly thinking I would not get approved. Well I was wrong and they were very helpful. I worked with Becky and she has great communication and never leaves you hanging. She is very honest and helpful. She helped me get into a 2015 Corolla and I love it. The car was cleaned, full of gas and ready to go. The process was very smooth and quick. She was not pushy and made certain that I got exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Becky 100%

Great service! Very nice people!
I had a great experience at Page toyota. I dealt with Becky and she was the best. I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She was very good with replying to emails and communication. Once I got in the dealership she got my car appraised fast, got me in and out in no time. I would recommend Becky to anyone because she gets the job done!

I have been servicing my car at Page for 11 years and Lorenzo has always provided the best service. This is my second new car that Farouk has so patiently walked me through. And Jason has been very accommodating in settling the deal. A great team! And a great car! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Poor customer service.. Came in for my 15000 check up on New Rav4. My car was returned to me in very poor condition stunk inside, very dirty inside and out . Tried to sell me things I didn't need and was very rude. I have bought 2 band new cars at page Toyota and I will not make that mistake again.

GREAT SERVICE!!!
I went to Page Toyota to look at leasing a Camry. Notice I say look. I was able to drive a 2015 Camry home. Kim made the process easy for me. She made sure she gave me the best deal. She also included my 5 year old in the car leasing experience. She was very professional, honest, organized with her paperwork, and more then willing to help. I can't wait to see her in 3 years. I have a feeling I will be doing business with them for a long time to come.

worst salesmanship
the worst experience i ever had in buying a car. i am not talking about other sales-persons in the dealership, i am talking about my and my husband's worst nightmare with a certain sales-person from the used-car-dept. we bought a used toyota highlander march 26, 2015 and my husband spent the following week going back and forth to the dealership for repairs without an iota of help from our sales-agent. LITERALLY the worst agent we dealt with.(we have pictures of the issues i'm talking about to substantiate it). maria
