I really think the service at page is far and above...
I really think the service at page is far and above service at other dealerships, everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Lorenzo my service technician is the best there is he takes care of my car like no one else.

All the workers at the workshop are amazingLorenzo is my contact person for over 6 years. They are very dependable and reliable. The Manager is amazingly approachable and pragmatic. I had been dealt with by gas Station Mechanics but not at Page Toyota. I am still scared but have not been disappointed. Righteousness brings God’s blessings. Keep up the good job.

We had a great experience with sales and with the first few Toyota care service appointments (oil changes for a new vehicle). The last oil change took forever. Less than ideal but things happen. However a Toyota service recall for our other Toyota vehicle was absolutely dreadful. We had problems with the service manager who clearly didn't have an understanding of what was supposed to be done as part of the recall. We had issues with getting a rental (this dealership uses a local Hertz car rental) because the service manager thought that I'd have my vehicle back the same day, then it was the next day, and then it was the next day after that, etc.....Then I had to contact Hertz directly to get a $25 charge refunded because Page Toyota kicked the cost back to me and it showed up on my credit card. The worst thing is that after 6 days of having my vehicle and not getting a straight answer on when I could expect it back, we don't even think that they did what they were supposed to do for the Toyota recall. To top all of it off, there was grease literally smeared all over the front of my vehicle like a big 'screw you'. So disappointed. We were planning on replacing one of our Toyota vehicles in the very near future and after the last sale at Page Toyota, this place was a no brainer. Not anymore- we will take our business elsewhere.

On every visit I can depend on Lorenzo to take care of my needs and concerns no matter how severe or trivial. He constantly has the “my pleasure “ attitude and I’m forever grateful that he’s my service person.

From my continuing observations, he conducts himself in a mannerism that echoes the Toyota Motor Corporation commitment to producing quality automobiles. This is also reflected in their clerks performance cashing you out. I’m fortunate enough to have picked them every time I’ve found myself looking at a Toyota.
