George in the body shop was phenomenal. He provided the information I needed to know for the work my car needed. When I picked up my vehicle, it was better than I anticipated. I highly recommend the body shop at Page Toyota.

Service manager, Natalie, is horrible. Zero customer service skills and I will not be taking my vehicle back for any kind of service. Bought the vehicle here along with the tire and wheel warranty and when it came time to repair/replace the tire they didn’t have the tire, couldn’t log into the “new” system that coincidentally started today, and couldn’t get a tire in for the next 2 days. Actually, told me I could’ve been at another dealership by that time. Mind you, I had been there for over 4 hours at this point. Yeah, you’re absolutely right and from now on I’ll make my way directly to the other dealership. Not only did you lose me as a customer but my entire family whose been buying from Page for years now.

They did an oil change to my car without my permission and I had to pay $200 that’s not right! really bad service I would never go there again

Love this location Kyle is always so respectful and helpful... I honestly light up when I see him because I know that my car needs will be taken care of. He is always so concerned about my vehicle, I have to question is he driving it or me Lol... Sy is simply a dream come true! I LOVE the way he looks over my car with such passion and test drives it every single time I have a concern, he doesn't just take my word for it he double checks so that he a closer understanding of what is going on. My car runs in Tip Top shape every time I leave. I have been a loyal customer and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Natalie is the Manager at this location she is the sprinkle on top of the ice cream in the Service Department. She greets with a smile and competent in all areas of the Service Department. I tell my family, friends, church members about this location because I know at Page Toyota Southfield they cant go wrong... Thanks Page Toyota I feel Safe!
