This is the second car that I am buying at this dealer and the main reason I returned is due to Alone Katende (the Sales rep) that helped me with the process.

This is the 5th Volvo we’ve leased from Smythe/Bob Cerza. As always, Bob provided the highest level of personal service (timing of trade-in, best options to meet our needs, best deal) without pressure - so the loyalty works both ways. Santiago Piriz explained in detail the financing and additional options with an honest cost/benefit of each. David Mensah educated me on all the features of the car, many of which were available on my previous Volvos but not explained as clearly to me as David did. No critical review of Smythe Volvo is complete without mentioning the amazing Service department that has taken good care of me over the decade whenever I had a problem or concern.
