This was my first time purchasing a car and it was very easy. Bob and the entire team at Smythe made the experience quick and painless.

It’s my 3rd car from smythe volvo. The car sells itself with people I trust and help me through the process, listen and look out for my families needs.

I made the decision to lease a Volvo after 6 BMWs since 2007 last week. I did not like where the brand was headed from a drivability and design standpoint. I had heard good things about Volvo and visited the dealership on Monday. My husband and I worked with Jose who walked us through comparable models to our current x5. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the decision easy to work with Smythe. We also met Larry, the sales manager, who reaffirmed our decision to move forward with both the brand and the dealership. The pricing was highly competitive and our trade in offer on my husband’s Jeep helped to seal the deal. We picked up the car on Wednesday and have loved it so far. Henry made the trade in and financing process easy and quick. Adam walked us thorough the technology in the car and helped us to pair phones, etc. The whole process was painless and easy. I highly recommend Smythe Volvo!

Purchased S80 T6 in 2001 and recall the process was flawless. Sales person provided us with a detailed explanation of the car's features and how to use them. Service department always had the work completed on time and presented us with a vehicle that was clean both exterior and interior. Fast forward 24 years: Smythe's philosophy towards customer service has remained impeccable and the friendly attitude is reminiscent of times gone by. That's a rare commodity in today's culture.
