Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with ,

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with , the salesman Cameron led me on for a week , messaging here and there. Then tells me I’m approved just needed to send pay verification in, did that just to be ghosted the next day. Don’t know if they treat everyone this way but know way to earn business that’s for sure. Wouldn’t recommend them to anybody.

Have bought 2 BMW’s here and also have my 3rd one serviced here. They do a good job and the dealership is very clean and updated. Raegan is a very good service adviser.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The used car center was clean and looked great inside. The sales staff including the manager weren’t pushy at all! Honestly I had such a great experience it will be the first place I go next time I’m in the market for a vehicle.

WARNING: Exercise Extreme Caution with Moses

WARNING: Exercise Extreme Caution with Moses Dealerships I feel compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Moses Dealerships, particularly Moses Downtown, to protect other potential buyers. What I believed was a reputable West Virginia dealership proved to be anything but trustworthy. My daughter, in search of a reliable vehicle to replace her problematic Subaru, found what appeared to be the perfect car - a white 2015 Toyota RAV4. The vehicle seemed immaculate: one owner, only 31,000 miles, and a clean Carfax report. Our salesperson, Cameron, showed us a vehicle that appeared to be in pristine condition and drove beautifully. We told the dealership multiple times why we were buying a new car - because her current one was so unreliable and costly with all its problems and recalls. They reassured us this car would be a reliable one. This was her first car purchase and her first car loan, so already she was extremely nervous. However, just SIX days after purchase and financing through the dealership, the nightmare began. The paint began peeling off in sheets - a serious issue that we later discovered was subject to an open recall, information the dealership conveniently failed to disclose to us. The timing is particularly suspicious given that the vehicle had been traded in merely two weeks before our purchase, it seems highly likely the dealership was aware of the paint issue, attempted a quick fix, and deliberately sold it without disclosure. The paint on this vehicle will eventually all come off - leaving it with zero value. When confronted, Meredith, the head sales manager, refused to offer any type of compensation. This dealership appears to prey on first-time buyers. We explained that my daughter had to drive 6.5 hours to come purchase the car, take off work, and her credit dropped 50 points from the dealership running a hard check. This dealership offered no remorse. I urge all potential car buyers to avoid Moses Dealerships. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing, and I feel obligated to post this warning every month to prevent others from falling victim to similar practices. I will be reaching out to local news stations to share my story. I will not take this review down until Moses offers compensation. BUYER BEWARE
